Buongiorno a tutti i frequentatori spero ci sia tra i lettori qualcuno che mi possa rispondere.
A fine giugno a seguito di un trauma ho subito la asportazione della milze una laparatomia esplorativa, mi suggeriscono riposo da attivitā fisiche impegnative fino a fine anno.
Anche il tiro con l'arco (compound) č meglio sia sospeso fino a tale data?
