Cosa succede (a livello di formalità) se una società si scioglie?
Gli ex componenti per iscriversi in un'altra società hanno bisogno di un nulla osta?

I termini dello scioglimento devono essere previsti nello statuto societario e seguiti scrupolosamente.
Una volta notificato lo scioglimento della socetà alla FITARCO, tutti i soci sono liberi di tesserarsi per altre società senza lcun nulla osta (non c'e' piu' la società che dovrebbe rilasciarlo....)
