Bungiorno a tutti
da poco mi sono avvicinato al tiro con l'arco, e di tecnica ne so poche..
ho capito pero' che e' importante ''incastrare'' la spalla dell'arco
ma come si fa a sentire se e' posizionata in modo corretto?
attendo consigli

farla vedere a qualcuno già sarebbe un passo avanti!
anche se il termine "incastrare" mi sembra veramente poco adatto!

si effettivamente non un gran che' come termine, ma non mi veniva proprio il termine giusto, spero comunque si capisca cosa intendo ^_^

il termine giusto : spalle naturalmente basse.
cioè
non alte,
non forzatamente basse.
Ma per forum è un pò difficile farlo vedere,rivolgiti ad un istruttore per capire come si fa e come ci si arriva.
