Salve a tutti.
Mi chiamo Gaetano e da poco ho cominciato questo sport.
Qualcuno mi può cortesemente indicare un buon libro su arco nudo, arco olimpico e compound (spero si scriva così).
Sono interessato a leggere sopratutto su consigli e pratica
