Nella parte superiore "control arrow" tu metti la tua freccia con i dati in tuo possesso.Per il "bow virtual mass", che è un indicie di efficienza, lascia 85 grani.
A seconda del settaggio del PC dovrai sostituire i punti con le virgole.
Poi premi "calculate" ed ottieni i valori stimati per quella freccia, e cioè il FOC l'energia cinetica, il peso, il valore stimato di deriva (più alto è, più la freccia sarà stabilizzata).
Nel riquadro inferiore inserisci i dati della freccia che vorresti comprare, e premi "Compare".
Già vedi dei dati di comparazione, ma se premi "Graphics" puoi vedere il comportamento delle due freccie anche nel vento.
Per la comparazione segui le istruzioni dell'help:
1. Establish the standard shot value for your actual group size as described above (you can do this at any selected distance).
2. Set the value of shot to zero.
3. Ensure that the Wind Gust box is not checked.
4. Ensure that the aim off values for both arrows are set to zero.
5. Select the distance at which you want to compare the arrow group sizes (90,70,50,30 metres)
6. Select the wind speed and direction values that you want to compare the arrow groups at.
7. Adust the aim off value for each arrow (blue = control, red = compared) to bring the drift displacement of both arrows back to zero
(touching the x axis)
8. Adjust shot to a positive value of your standard shot value. The drift graph shows the relative group sizes to the left of centre.
9. Adjust shot to a negative value of your standard shot value. The drift graph shows the relative group sizes to the right of centre.
10.The overall group size for each arrow is the difference between the plus and minus displacement values for each arrow.
If you want to include Wind Gusts in the group size assessment, check the WInd Gust box and set the start,time and strength values to whatever you want. This should be done after step 7 and before step 8.
Note if you change anything e.g. distance or aim off you need to start the procedure again from the beginning.
