Guys and gals,
I wanted to take a second and direct your attention to the two sticky posts at the top of the page.
Chris Glass is trying to raise money to fund the archery teams travel abroad this year. The Junior teams need our help to make those trips and represent our country.
I am a little surprised that the response has been slow.
I have a few more items that I am going to post. Please dig around in your old archery stuff and post something that can be sold to generate a donation to the Junior teams.
If you like, you can also just send the gear to me and I can auction it off for you and make the donation in your name or in the name of ArcheryTalk.com.
If there are any of you out there that are swimming in money (not me ), Please just make a donation. The team needs your help. If you do make a donation, Specify that it is for the JR World Teams.

In sintesi e' una raccolta fondi per una squadra Junior di arco. Si invita la gente di quel forum a vendere vecchie attrezzature arcieristiche per tirar su soldi...

La federazione USA normalmente non finanzia completamnte le trasferte delle squadre Compound, Campagna e Junior, limitandosi a pagare le spese solo per un rappresentante per classe/divisione. Tutti gli altri si pagano le trasfere di tasca propria e raccogliendo soldi tra amici, piccoli sponsor e iniziative varie. L'appello citato rientra nella categoria. Una squadra Junior completa a Lilleshal per i mondiali di Luglio richiede 2 divisioni x 2 classi x 2 sessi x 4 partecipanti= 32 partecipanti piu' accompagnatori ufficali.
La NAA paga solo 1/4 dei partecipanti, gli altri si devono arrangiare, ma generalmente ci riescono. Due anni fa a Nymburk la squadra USA era l'unica completa con 32 atleti.
